With the demand for safe and reliable transportation growing, particularly during the festive season, we want to ensure passengers are traveling safely, with drivers who meet our Gold Standard requirements. 

Our mission is to:

• Ensure every driver and vehicle is properly licensed and background-checked.
• Highlight the importance of spotting the Gold Standard badge and signage on vehicles for your safety; 
• Keep passengers informed and empowered to report concerns or give feedback; and to;
• Recruit and train more Gold Standard taxi drivers to continue delivering trusted services.

By choosing a St Helens licensed vehicle, you're ensuring your driver has been thoroughly vetted, the car is safe, and you're protected by local regulations. Don't take unnecessary risks with unlicensed drivers, or drivers out of the St Helens area—your safety and wellbeing are worth the peace of mind that comes with using a properly licensed St Helens taxi.
