Need help putting your bins out?

The assisted refuse collection service is for residents who are having difficulty putting out their bins due to frailty, ill health, infirmity, or disability, and there is no other able bodied person living at the same address who can assist.

Crews will come onto your property, they will pick up your bins and recycling to empty them, and then return them for you. You will need to leave them accessible, or unlock your gate, from 6.30am on your collection day.
