18/11/21 - The council is consulting on Main Modifications to the submitted Local Plan between 18 November 2021 and 13 January 2022. The proposed Main Modifications are those which the Inspectors consider are necessary to make the Plan sound and/or legally compliant. The Main Modifications are proposed without prejudice to the Inspectors' final conclusions on the Local Plan, which will take account of all representations submitted in response to this and previous consultations together with matters raised in connection with the hearings. Representations should be made regarding legal compliance and soundness issues only. This is not an opportunity to raise again matters relating to other parts of the submitted Local Plan that have already been considered by the Inspectors during the Examination. The Inspectors will only consider representations from this consultation which relate specifically to the proposed Main Modifications.
