If you are already in receipt of Tax Free Childcare, there is no need to re-apply via Childcare Choices for your eligibility code.

When you reconfirm your eligibility for Tax Free Childcare, you will be given access to the 15 hours of childcare (if your child is the right age). You will find your code for this within your secure messages, on your Childcare Service account.
