Notification of interest

Any person who has a legal interest in a licenced premises can apply to be notified of any licensing matters affecting the property.

A person has an interest in a licensed premises if they are:

• the freeholder
• the leaseholder
• the occupier of the property

How to apply

To apply for a notification of interest you will need to complete:

Once you have completed the application form you will be prompted to pay the application fee.
