Administrative changes to a premises licence
This process is to request the following administrative changes to your premises licence:
- Change of name or address of an individual or company
- Change of premises name
- Replacement of lost premises licence.
How to apply
To apply for an administrative change to your premises licence you will need to email us the following details:
- The notification of change of name or address form (PDF) [204KB] (if you're changing your name or address)
- The notification of a change of premises name (PDF) [204KB] (if you're changing the name of your premises)
- Your current premises licence details (e.g. premises licence number, premises name etc.)
- Details of your requested changes.
Once we have received your request we will contact you by telephone to pay the application fee:

How long will it take to process
Once we have received your payment and details of your requested changes we will issue an updated or replacement premises licence within 5 working days.
