Set up my carer permit account

 

To set up an account you will need:

· a valid email address

· to create a password

 

1. Go to the website APCOA Parking - My Permit

2. Create an Account

· Click Create an Account

· Choose Account Type: St Helens Carers Account

3. Enter Your Details

· Email address (must be valid)

· Create a password

· Fill in all required fields (marked with an *)

· Enter your Postcode

4. Finish Registration

· Click Finish

5. Activate Your Account

· You'll receive an email from APCOA

· Click the activation link in the email to complete setup

6. Apply for a Carer Permit

· Once activated, log in and apply for your permit

 

Let's get started...

· Click on this link APCOA Parking - My Permit

· Click on 'Create an Account'

· Account Type - St Helens Carers Account

· Enter your email address

· Create a password

· Complete your personal details - all fields marked with an * will need to be completed

· Enter postcode

· Click 'finish'

 

You will receive an email from the Car Parking Team at APCOA confirming your account registration.

Click on the link included in the email to activate your account - this step must be completed to finalise your account.

Once your account is activated, you can apply for a Carer Permit via your account.

 

Please note that APCOA are the Council's parking enforcement contractor and although their details are shown on the documents relating to your account, the permit scheme is managed by St Helens Borough Council.
