Get a free health check

St Helens Wellbeing Service provide FREE health checks to people aged 16 and over. The health check includes a discussion about general wellbeing, as well as checking blood pressure, height, weight and BMI (body mass index). A personalised support plan will then be produced.

Anyone aged 16 and over can access the service either by self referral, or by being referred by a health professional. You must either live in St Helens, be registered with a St Helens GP or work in St Helens. To book your appointment, call 01744 371111 or email chcp.sthelens@nhs.net

Are you aged 40-74?

If you're aged 40-74, you may be eligible for a FREE NHS Health Check. The NHS Health Check includes some questions about your health and measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure.
