Parking for other vehicles

Motorcycle parking

Motorcycles may park in Council run car parks and on-street pay and display parking bays, however payment is required when parking in one of these locations

Secure motorcycle parking spaces are located on Waterloo Street and North John Street car parks.

We recommend that your Pay & Display ticket is displayed in a clear waterproof holder attached to the motorcycle for inspection by one of our officers

Alternatively payment can be made for a virtual parking ticket via the Apcoa Connect App or Apcoa Pay by Phone - details can be found on each Pay & Display machine

Unsecured motorcycle bays are available in Church Street and Shaw Street where parking is free of charge

Motorhome parking

There are no designated motorhome parking areas are available at this time.

Coach parking

Two coach bays are provided for the setting down and picking up of passengers, located in Charles Street and Shaw Street.

Lorry parking

There are no designated lorry parking bays or facilities are available at this time.
