What We Do Following a Noise Complaint

Once you have reported your noise complaint via the "Report It" section of our website, our Environmental Health team will contact you via email with an invitation to The Noise App.

The Noise App, which is free to download on iOS and Android, enables you to submit evidence using your smartphone or mobile device which can be reviewed by our Officers.

Please see the User Guide below on downloading and using the Noise App. Please note, you will only be able to access the App once we have sent you an invite.

Access to The Noise App will be provided for four weeks, during which time you can record and submit evidence of the noise issue. The information you provide will help us determine whether further investigation or enforcement is necessary.

Your complaint will be processed in accordance with the Noise Complaint Investigation Agreement.
