KGV Haydock
King George V Haydock Park is at the heart of Haydock and provides a great hub for the local community and its local sports teams. There are lots of activities to keep you entertained and it also gives you direct access to Princes Pit with its large woodland areas and wildlife habitat.
King George V Playing Fields (KGV Haydock) is a public open space dedicated to the memory of King George V ( 3 June 1865 to 20 January 1936. There are 471 KGVs all over the country and St Helens Borough has five: KGV at Haydock, Newton, Sutton Manor, Portico and Rainford.
