Brown Edge House

Brown Edge House has a dedicated, fully trained team of carers who deliver a high standard of care in a homely, friendly, comfortable and caring environment and provides 24 hour personal care for elderly residents with a Care Plan based on an individual assessment of their specific needs (including early onset dementia, incontinence etc). Arrangements are in place at the home for regular visits by a chiropodist, optician, audiologist, district nurses etc. Brown Edge House has a hairdresser who visits the home on a weekly basis and also has a full itinerary of in-house activities and outings for residents that is designed to stimulate and motivate including handicraft sessions (flower arranging, card making, pamper sessions etc.), themed meal nights, bingo nights, entertainment provided by visiting local schools and choirs, family events such as a Family Christmas Lunch with live entertainment and the very popular Family Summer Barbecue held in the rear garden and much, much more. The spiritual needs of Brown Edge House's residents are also catered for by local clergy who visit the home on a regular basis.
