  Purpose
  
  To recommend the renewal of the Council's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement to ensure the continued use of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI.
  
  Background
  
  The Council uses Microsoft 365 to collaborate with our colleagues and partners using communication tools such as Outlook and Teams that are key to sustaining our hybrid working environment. We use SharePoint as our central document repository allowing us to share files across the Council and beyond, and collaborate on them in real time. We have designed our own Agile Room Booking app using Microsoft Power Apps and are using Power BI as our standard reporting tool, all included in this renewal. Investing in Microsoft 365 aligns with the Council's cloud first strategy and transformation agenda.
