Set Up My Car Park Permit Account

To set up an account you will need to enter an email address and create a password.

Please note that APCOA are the Council's parking enforcement contractor and although their details are shown on the documents relating to your account, the permit scheme is managed by St Helens Borough Council. If you have any queries or need any assistance, please contact the Permit Team at St Helens Borough Council.

Let's get started:

  • Click on this link APCOA Parking - My Permit
  • Click on 'Create an Account'
  • Account Type - St Helens Car Park Account
  • Enter your email address
  • Create a password
  • Complete your personal details - all fields marked with an * will need to be completed
  • Postcode
  • Click 'Finish'

You will receive an email from the Car Parking Team at APCOA confirming your account registration

Click on the link included in the email to activate your account - this step must be completed to finalise your account

Once your account is activated, you can apply for a Car Park Permit via your account
