Helen is a chatbot that can assist with common enquiries about council services. So if you have a quick question, have a chat with Helen and see how she can help you.

How to use

Access our online assistant, Helen, by clicking the message icon located at the bottom right of each webpage. This will open a chat dialogue where you can type your inquiries and receive immediate responses. You can ask Helen multiple questions within the same chat session.

Helen is learning and growing! You can help her by asking one question at a time, and by making your questions clear and easy to understand. If she can't find what you're looking for, she'll let you know, and we'll work on teaching her even more.
