St Helens Borough residents are being invited to take part in an important consultation that will help shape the council's budget for the financial year 2026/27.

St Helens Borough Council Planning Committee has granted planning permission to Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council for the expansion of Knowsley cemetery utilising Whiston Woods, a site that sits on the border of Rainhill and Whiston.

St Helens celebrates Enterprise Week by showcasing 20 new local businesses

The Start-Up Business Showcase Event will be held on Friday 14 November, from 10:00am to 2:00pm, in the historic St Helens Town Hall. The free to attend event is a chance to support brand new businesses trading in St Helens.
