The council offers these premises for rent on standard commercial leases. Each requires some repair and refurbishment.

The council invites "best" offers.

If you wish to be considered to be a Tenant of the council, please complete and return the Apply to be a Tenant (Word doc, 84 KB)(opens new window) and if, if appropriate, the relevant 'Make an Offer' form.

The length of lease must be a minimum of three years.

The tenant will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance of the premises.
