Town Centre East & Fingerpost Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board

The Neighbourhood Board must oversee the development of a 10-Year Pride in Place Plan and 4-Year Investment Plan, which must be agreed by St Helens Borough Council and subsequently submitted to Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

The Pride in Place Plan and 4-Year Investment Plan must be developed in consultation with the local community. To support this activity, funding has been released to the Neighbourhood Board to conduct public consultation.

The Neighbourhood Board brings together residents, business and community leaders to devise and agree a shared vision for the future.

Both the Pride in Place Plan and 4-Year Investment Plan are to be submitted to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government for acceptance.

A Neighbourhood Board of key representation from across the borough has been formed to manage Pride in Place Programme for Town Centre East & Fingerpost. It is led by Managing Director of Stapleton Derby Mike Denning.
