Service Providers and Livewell

The Live Well Directory is a comprehensive and free directory that serves as the central hub for support service listings in the Liverpool City Region, with recent involvement from St Helens Borough Council. By joining our goal is to establish the directory as the go-to platform for both residents and professionals in St Helens, just as it has become in other regions.

Who are the primary users?

Health professionals and social prescribers search the directory daily to guide their clients towards the support services they need. Their feedback is consistently that they couldn't do their jobs without it.

Is your service on the directory?

1)     Search here and check: www.thelivewelldirectory.com

2)     If you can't see your service active in St Helens on the directory, fill in this form (please do not sign up via the on-site directory form): https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/LIVEWELLSTHELENS/

Once onboard you will be asked via email to maintain the quality and accuracy of your listing(s) twice a year. Part of what makes Live Well great is that with rich data from you, users can more easily find the activities or resources they're looking for with a range of filters like age, price, day of the week, demographic or ability, to name just a few examples. Taking a few minutes to complete our data collection form, gets you on our directory and visible to the health professionals and local people using it daily.

What's in it for your service?

·       Increased visibility to health professionals and community members. By having a dedicated page on the Live Well Directory, your service(s) become more visible to a wider audience, including health professionals, social prescribers, and individuals seeking support who frequently use the site to connect with providers like you.

·       Free promotion of your service(s) to a targeted local audience. The directory provides you with a dedicated www.thelivewelldirectory.com web address (URL) to link to and showcase your service(s), events, and volunteer opportunities.

·       A free platform dedicated to supporting community wellbeing. We have big plans to open doors to networking and training opportunities with other service providers and professionals in the Liverpool City Region. This can lead to positive collaborations, partnerships, and a more integrated approach to community care.
