Popular Pop Up Market returns to Earlestown this summer

Known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse selection of goods from award-winning producers, The Pop Up, which has attracted thousands of visitors since it first arrived in St Helens, was first held in Earlestown in April 2025.

The family-friendly market will feature an array of stalls offering artisan goods, including sweet treats, authentic samosas and curries, 3D printed toys, hand-poured wax melts and more. Visitors can also enjoy live music from local talent Lauren Oldham and free kids crafting with Create Yourself.

Welcoming the return of the Pop Up Market to Earlestown, which is set for a multi-million pound transformation as part of exciting regeneration plans Councillor Richard McCauley, Cabinet Member for Regeneration at St Helens Borough Council, said:

"The Pop Up Market has become a firm favourite in St Helens and is a fantastic product which brings a modern take to a traditional offering. As proven by the success of the first event earlier this year, Earlestown - with its rich market heritage - is the perfect backdrop for such an event. As a Council we are committed to strengthening the market offer in Earlestown, and the Market Square is right at the very heart of exciting regeneration plans for the area."

The Pop Up Market will be held on Market Street in Earlestown on Saturday 23rd August from 10am - 4pm.
