  • Service reopens on Monday 29 December and is service as normal 9am - 5pm
  • Closed for Bank Holiday - Thursday 1 December - reopening Friday 2 January as normal 9am - 5pm
  • Professional general enquiries - can be sent via email safe2speak@torus.co.uk
  • IDVA/Outreach Service mainline - 01744 743200 - calls and voicemails will not be monitored on dates where the service is closed. Voicemails will be reviewed and responded to when service reopens.
