Asset Register
Under Section 21 of the Flood and Water Management Act (2010), St Helens Borough Council has a responsibility as the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA), to maintain an asset register as a record of all structures which may have an effect on flood risk in the area.
The register contains only basic information, such as location, type of structure and state of repair.
