Land at Glover Street / Banner Street, St Helens
St Helens Borough Council are inviting offers for the purchase of the freehold interest in 0.82 Hectares (2.03 Acres) or thereabouts of land Glover Street / Banner Street in St Helens.
Offers will only be considered if made on the attached Tender Offer Form and uploaded onto The Chest (NW Procurement Drive Register). If you are not already registered on The Chest, you will be required to do so before submitting an offer. Supporting documentation should be provided with the Tender Offer Form, a checklist for which is on the final page of the document.
Offers must be submitted via The Chest no later than 12 noon on Friday 18th September 2026.
St Helens Borough Council is not bound to accept the highest, or any offer received.
