THE MARRIAGE ACT 1949, AS AMENDED, THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004, THE MARRIAGE AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 2005, AS AMENDED

St Helens Borough Council being the authority for the purpose of the above legislation, hereby gives notice that an application has been made by Draper Entertainments Limited on behalf of the premises The Junction, News Lane, Rainford, St Helens, WA11 7JU for the approval of the premises for the solemnization of marriages under the above legislation.
