Apply for planning permission

You can apply for planning permission in two ways:

1. Directly to us via email, with application forms available to download from the Planning Portal. You will need to submit both existing and proposed elevations drawings of the development drawn to a scale of either 1:50 or 1:100 with any measurements in metric.

You will also need to supply a 1:1250 scale location plan with the site outlined in red ink, a 1:500 block plan showing the development in relation to the boundaries, and the appropriate fee. View a table of the fees.  

2. Online using the Planning Portal, and submit all documentation via them to us along with the associated fees.
