Our menus have been created based on feedback received from students and schools, and on the ever-changing food influences around the world. Our Catering Development Manager works closely with schools through student questionnaires, school council sessions and site visits to develop menus inspired by students across St Helens.

The range and uptake of choice is customer-driven; we constantly try new products to make the lunchtime interesting, meeting the national School Food Standards to encourage a healthy, balanced diet. 

Menu initiatives include salad, pasta, sandwich and jacket potato stations, and theme days across the school year based on popular events throughout the calendar.
