Sarah Cowley Educational Foundation

The Sarah Cowley Educational Foundation is a trust fund available to students either attending further/higher education courses or to assist in the entry into a profession, trade or calling.

Financial assistance, from available income, will be considered for the following:

• Outfits/clothing
• Tools
• Instruments
• Books
• Equipment
• Field trips

The main criteria for applying for assistance are:

• Resident within St Helens
• Under the age of 25 on 1 September before the start of the course

Meetings to review and approve applications are usually held at the start of December each year, so applications should be submitted by the end of October for consideration at the meeting.

Successful applicants must be able to provide proof of purchase (e.g. an original till receipt or invoice) in order to seek reimbursement for costs incurred.
