Offering mental health and wellbeing programmes and pathway to work programmes. The hub's core hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. It also offers out-of-hours support groups for men on Thursday, from 7pm until 8:30pm, and women on Wednesday, from 7pm until 8:30pm. These are group sessions, open to veterans and civilians alike.
