Early payment process

St Helens Borough Council's standard payment terms are 30 days from the receipt of a correct invoice. 

However, we will commit to paying local small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within a 10-day period. Any local SMEs wishing to revise their payment terms should apply in writing in order to be considered for the revised payment terms.
