Apply for a scaffolding or hoarding licence

Any company wishing to place a scaffold or hoarding on the adopted public highway, will need to apply for a licence by completing the below form.

Scaffold permits will only be considered if the applicant has agreed to the HSE Protocol and has been added to the council's select list.  

Cost

The charge for a permit is £150.00 per calendar month, then £150 for every calendar month there after.
