Some national governing body websites offer a 'find a club' search facility:

Many of the clubs in St Helens are voluntary organisations and their inclusion on these search facilities is not an endorsement by the council. We would always encourage parents and guardians to satisfy themselves of the quality of an activity before enrolling a child.

Always check organisations carry the necessary insurance, have qualified staff and that they possess a current Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check (formerly CRB requests).

If you need need more tailored or one-to-one support, St Helens Wellbeing Service offer some referral only services including activity plans and rehabilitation activity programmes for people who have had heart-related problems, balance issues or falls, chronic pain and those recovering from a stroke.
