Fitness and physical activity sessions in St Helens

If you need need more tailored or one-to-one support, St Helens Wellbeing Service offer some referral only services including activity plans and rehabilitation activity programmes for people who have had heart-related problems, balance issues or falls, chronic pain and those recovering from a stroke.
