or email your completed form to schooltransport@sthelens.gov.uk

All completed applications are processed within 10 school days. If your child qualifies for assistance with travel, depending on what travel pass they are issued with, you may have to provide a current and appropriate passport-sized photograph.

The School Transport Team will contact you if a photograph is required for the travel pass. You may have to provide a current and up-to-date passport-sized photograph. The School Transport Team will notify you if a photograph is required.

A Solo Concessionary Student bus pass can be used on any bus service travelling in the St Helens area.

An Arriva Concessionary bus pass can be used on any Arriva Services travelling in the North West.

If your child qualifies for a bus pass under the low income criteria and the school they are attending is not within the Merseyside area, you will be issued with an Arriva Student bus pass.

For details of supported school services, visit the Merseytravel website.

Please note: if you move address or your child changes school, you must notify the School Transport Team and return your bus pass immediately. A reassessment of your child's entitlement will be carried out and if they are still eligible for a bus pass, one will be sent to you.

Failure to return the bus pass will result in you being invoiced for the cost of the bus pass, from the date your child becomes no longer eligible for a bus pass to the date the bus pass is returned.
