Help with basic living costs

Every sponsored guest is entitled to a one-off payment of £200 to help with basic living costs.

How you will be paid

We are offering a pre-payment card, which our Refugee Resettlement Service will provide when they visit you after you arrive.

This payment is only for those sponsored by the Homes for Ukraine scheme. We will check eligibility so please ensure you have the relevant documentation; this could include correspondence from the Home Office and your passport.
