Green Business of the Year (BCC: The Planet Saver)

This award is open to businesses that can demonstrate they employ responsible business practices and have a commitment to managing their social and environmental obligations and how these have impacted to the local community.

The judges will be looking for:

• The rationale behind your environmental responsibility activities.
• Evidence of your environmental responsibility and embedded green culture - the benefits it has brought to your firm, customers, communities of interest and the environment.
• A demonstration of the sustainability of your activities and how they contribute to your environmental impact e.g. progressing towards net zero, lowering carbon emissions, or waste reduction and efficiency.
• How the activities have contributed to your business success, growth and financial performances.
