Our vision for Property Services is to be valued as a proactive manager of our assets and a customer focused provider of services that will facilitate outcomes for residents and our clients through improved customer experience, better use of the public estate, greater financial efficiency, achievement of borough priorities and contribution to the council's transformation.
To realise this vision, we are redesigning how we deliver services and setting out a new Asset Management Plan with a priority work programme for the next three financial years.
Key workstreams for the service redesign include establishment of an integrated Property Service Desk, developing a business partnering model and implementing a new Property Data & Asset Management System to improve services and customer experience through integration of processes and team working.
In addition to supporting the regeneration of our town centres, we are managing a significant programme of building construction projects to support the school replacement and investment plan and projects such as external works to The Gamble Building and Earlestown Town Hall.
Earlestown Town Hall
