Changes to council services - Mon 19 Sep

Due to the national bank holiday for the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Monday 19 September, there are some changes to council services. Thank you for your support and co-operation.

Recycling and waste

There were no collections on Monday 19 September. Brown and green bins that were due to be collected on Monday will be collected on Saturday 24 September.

There will be no recycling collections for Monday properties. Any extra recycling can be taken to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre or recycling point or placed in separate containers to be collected on your next scheduled collection of Monday 26 September.

Waste and recycling services for the remainder of the week (Tuesday 20, Wednesday 21, Thursday 22 and Friday 23 September) are unaffected and will continue as usual.

Please have your bins and containers ready for collection as normal by 6.30am.
