Are you a young entrepreneur or business owner looking for new opportunities to build your business or sell your products? Or would you relish the opportunity to perform to a crowd?
Then we want to hear from you as we look to launch the first ever Earlestown Teenage Market.
The first opportunity will run as a Christmas market on Sunday, 15th December from 11am to 4pm, and will offering the chance to showcase the talents of young market traders and give shoppers the chance to pick up festive treats in the run up to the big day.
The call out is for young stallholders to take a space at the event as well as young people looking for a chance to showcase their creative talent and give the market an extra buzz through live performances.
Lisa Harris, Executive Director for Place services at St Helens Borough Council, said: "If you're a young person with an entrepreneurial spirit and a business idea then our new Teenage Market is the perfect opportunity to branch out and reach a new audience. We're also keen to give young performers a stage to show their talents too. We hope that this first event is the beginning of a long-lasting partnership that will provide help for those young people with big ideas and support the growth of creative enterprises."
The market is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
