Grace Court

Grace Court Care Centre is split into three units, Ash, Willow and Rowan, providing 10 beds on each unit. Each unit provides innovative and flexible ways of caring for individuals who require varying levels of nursing care.

The facility provides comfortable adjust levels of care depending on fluctuating conditions of our service users.

Willow Unit is a 10 bedded unit which provides a specialised service for people who are Deaf/deafened, Deaf/blind. Recognising the importance of good communication, all our staff are trained in BSL whereby identifying the ultimate prominence of communication in delivering a person centred approach.

It is essential we listen and act on the experience and views of residents, families and their representatives, whereby we implement a positive view of diversity, respect and individuality of all residents. Grace Court Care Centre provides spacious accommodation for people who require varying levels of EMI nursing care. Within these units the accommodation comprises of lounges both providing access to our dementia garden which provides secure, calming and a tranquil environment.
