Greengate House

We provide 24-hour support for people living with mental health conditions, this includes a rehabilitation programme.

We will support you to improve skills, get back into your community and support you to live an independent life.

If you would like to learn new skills or build on your existing skills to enable you to move back into your own accommodation, we offer a re-enablement service to support you with this.

We also offer a full range of health care provision, including local GP practice, consultant psychiatrist and dietician. We will network with local support and intervention services, such as social inclusion, counselling, and advocacy services.
