Budget consultation

The views of local people and key stakeholders are an integral part of the budget-setting process. 

The Council ran a consultation exercise on the budget for 2023/​24, from 16 December 2022 to 15 January 2023, in which you were invited to provide your views via a survey on our savings options, and about where you would like spending prioritised. 

We asked that in considering your responses, and the impact on you, your family or your business, you also reflected on the wider needs of St Helens Borough and its communities.
