Reporting Services Widget - Overview

The Reporting Services widget on your MyView dashboard provides managers with access to a suite of employee and establishment reports.

Accessing the Reporting Services Widget

If the widget is not already visible on your dashboard:

1. Select Edit Dashboard.
2. Click the + (plus) sign next to Reporting Services.
3. The widget will then be added to your main dashboard view.

Available Reports

Within the Reporting Services widget, managers can view a range of reports covering employee data, leave, sickness, and more. These reports are organised into the following categories:

• Employee Data - Access details for all employees within your service area.
• Establishment Reports - View establishment information
• Expenses - Review and track employee expense reports.
• Leave Reports - Access data on annual leave and other types of absences.
• MyView Logins - Monitor login activity for employees.
• MyView Form Submissions - Track forms submitted through MyView.
• Overtime & Additional Allowances - Review claims for overtime and additional payments.
• Sickness Reports - View sickness absences within your teams.
