St Helens Colour Run - Saturday 4 July 2026

Our 2026 St Helens Colour Run will take place on Saturday 4th July in Victoria Park, helping to raise vital funds for Willowbrook Hospice. There's no pressure or timing and the event is suitable for all ages and abilities. Every participant will receive a special finisher's medal to take home. St Helens Spring Couch to 5k 2026 - Booking Now Open

Our Spring Couch to 5k programme starts on Monday 13th April 2026. This 10-week beginner fitness programme uses a mix of walking and (optional) jogging, to gradually build up your running/walking ability.
