IMPORTANT - Long-term empty property premium changes from 1 April 2024 & second homes from 1 April 2025
The council will apply a 100% Council Tax long-term empty premium after one year instead of two years, with effect from 1 April 2024 and introduce a 100% Council Tax premium on second homes from 1 April 2025
