Forms Service

This form has been provided to aid with the styling and layout of a Left Aligned form.

It includes a mixture of field types in various different configurations. Use the other field type specific forms for more thorough layout checking.

NOTE: The layout of forms on the site should be consistent with the layout presented to the user within the Forms Designer.
