We deliver a number of sport and physical activity events and activities across St Helens, including the St Helens Colour Run, St Helens Santa Dash, International Women's Day, Older People's Day, half-term activities and more.
St Helens Colour Run 2026 - Booking Open!
Our 2026 St Helens Colour Run will take place on Saturday 4th July in Victoria Park, helping to raise vital funds for Willowbrook Hospice. There's no pressure or timing and the event is suitable for all ages and abilities. Every participant will receive a special finisher's medal to take home. Join us at the spring St Helens Sports Club Network - Monday 16 March 5-7pm, at Haresfinch ARLFC. The network aims to provide the opportunity for practical discussions to help your club thrive. Join us for a relaxed evening to:
-Connect with other local clubs to share ideas and support
-Hear practical insight and advice from the Sports Welfare Officers at Merseyside Sports Partnership (MSP)
-Discuss funding opportunities, sustainability and strengthen sport across St Helens.

The GPW St Helens Junior 2k Run Returns! Saturday 28th February 2026
This fun junior event is for all abilities aged under 16 years and takes place in Victoria Park, St Helens. Entry is £5 and all runners will receive a medal, certificate of completion and a bottle of water. Parents/guardians are welcome to run with their child, but will not receive a medal. Get ready to dash, dance, and jingle your way through Victoria Park, as the much-loved St Helens Santa Dash returns for 2025! Whether you're running, walking, or simply soaking up the festive cheer, this fun-filled event is the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season. Bring your friends, family, and festive spirit - and join hundreds of Santas as we come together to celebrate the season and raise vital funds for Willowbrook Hospice.
