Interim authority notice

An interim authority notice can be applied for if a premises licence holder dies, becomes insolvent, or becomes mentally incapacitated. An interim authority notice will allow a premises to trade until the licence can be transferred.

How to apply

How long will it take to process

The premises licence will be reinstated from the time a valid interim authority notice is submitted to us and you will have a period of 28 days in which to submit a transfer application.
