Could the rubbish you've seen be fly-tipping or littering?

Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of liquid or solid waste on land or in water, including leaving items next to bins, recycling banks or outside closed household recycling centres and charity shops.

The waste is usually dumped to avoid disposal costs, please report this to us using our Fly Tipping form
