Get a free health check

St Helens Wellbeing Service provide FREE health checks to people aged 16 and over. The health check gives you a picture of your current health and includes blood pressure check, height, weight, BMI (body mass index) and cholesterol check.

Are you aged 40-74?

If you're aged 40-74, you may be eligible for a FREE NHS health check. The NHS health check includes questions about your lifestyle and family history, and simple measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure.

Once completed, you will be provided with advice based on your results.

You will be invited for an NHS health check once every five years by your GP. Contact your GP to make an appointment.
