Bins and recycling collection updates

Before you report your collection as being missed please check for any updates first. 

Please be considerate when parking vehicles, as vehicles blocking or obstructing access for our lorries can make it difficult or prevent us from carrying out collections, resulting in your Waste and Recycling being missed on your collection day.

❗Recycling & Waste Update❗

We have had both recycling and waste collection crews out all last week - with additional crews trying their best to catch up on missed brown bin and recycling collections caused by the unsafe weather conditions.

♻️We are asking residents to keep their brown refuse bins and recycling out if they have had a missed collection - anyone effected by missed brown bin collections will be able to put out 3 bags of extra refuse.

♻️As of Monday 20 January, any residents that had their brown bin and recycling missed due to the snow and ice, will be due their next scheduled collection on their normal collection day.

♻️All collections should be back up to date by Friday 24th January.
