Supported Housing Hub
The Supported Housing Hub is St Helens Borough Council's service providing oversight of supported housing.
We help to make sure that people can access the right supported housing and we work with providers to improve quality and standards. We want to ensure that all supported housing meets the needs of our local residents.
What do we do in the hub?
We work alongside Housing Options to give people access to supported housing.
We work with Housing Standards to ensure that all supported housing is a safe and comfortable place to live.
We engage support providers so that they know whether we need their service in St Helens, what we expect of them and how they can link with other departments in the council.
Accessing Supported Housing
